Rejection Control: Rejection happened in casting was analyzed and corrective action was taken by me with my Teammates.

ISO Records:ISO records was maintained and procedures to ISO was followed in shop floor administration.

To analyze the problem and find out root cause for In-House Foundry, Machining rejections & Customer End rejection, Prepare G8D, CAPA for the encountered problem.

To recheck the products randomly as per the customer standards (mechanical, metallurgical and chemical properties).

To ensure the quality parameters of PPAP lot.

To monitor the equipments calibration in the QA lab.

To train the lab supervisors and to do the MSA(R&R) study.

To prepare the melting parameter card for the new products.
