• Operation & Maintains water cooled chiller (Trane Chiller) in 360 TR.
• Operation & Maintains air cooled chiller (Blue Star Chiller) in 240 & 290TR.
• Operation & Maintains of AHU, PACU, air washer, FAHU and Dehumidifier unit.
• Updating log books and preparing daily & monthly reports.
• Monitor and record parameters of all utility Equipment as per the check list.
• Attend to breakdown of utility Equipment.
