Provide creative direction for in-store & visual merchandising projects. Imagine, create and lead windows displays.

Lead product launches and vendor events.

Provide one-on-one coaching to the sale force on styling, visual techniques and in-store marketing topics.

Propose, promote, coordinate and execute visual projects and visual deliverables in a testing environment (store lab) with the goal of modernize the store presentations. Focus on transforming the company’s fashion private labels shops into visually attractive business units.

Coordinate roll-outs for assigned brands once projects approved. Influence the internal culture, detect internal skill gaps, deficiencies and strengths and propose remedies.
