Helping at my assigned group home in the morning and being invested in the 2 individuals I am signed to but every individual at the home I am assigned but also every single individual I work with at the school once their ready in the morning and work where I am needed assisting teachers and other staff as a para while still having my dsp role. Eating lunch with the individuals, and keeping account of all at all times of anything happening or happened I need to know to better do my job of helping them without making the behaviors worse and being proactive. Then to end the day, I go back to their home with them and help with what's needed for an hour till my shift ends but when needed, stay till I am not needed. Laborer
