I am Farnieza N. Adjaluddin, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Western Mindanao

State University. Having profound confidence in my career,I am equipped with leadership qualities which can

contribute to widen the company 's objectives.

I worked as a Nutritionist Dietitian for four consecutive years at Siasi District Hospital, my roles included

supervising the kitchen for meals, making daily census with thorough assessment on patient's diet including

taking considerations of their religious preferences following Nutritional Care Process.

Having been exposed in the hospital as a nutritionist dietitian as well as in the community has developed in me

enthusiasm and true passion for working in both areas, that is giving me high confidence to work in any areas

that requires my service.

I take my profession as an admiration. It is my privilege and my biggest dream to work in an environment where i

can exploit my energies enthusiasm, working skills and positive attitudes.

I am confident enough that I can learn and grasp new ideas and adjust to new available working environment

easily.
