OVER ALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Execute Safety programs to minimize safety losses for the organization. 2. Prepare reports and summaries to the management with suggestions and preventive solutions.

3. Inspect the site to ensure a hazard free environment by adopting appropriate actions. 4. Coordinate with the site team for removal of hazardous waste as per the relevant authorities guidelines.

5. Inspect all lifting equipment for safety prior to start the lifting activities. 6. Conduct the toolbox talk and safety meeting with all site works. 7. Promote safe working systems and procedures.

8. Conduct frequent audit/ inspection for the life safety equipment including fire extinguishers.

9. Execute the environmental management such as chemical, waste management and pollution prevention.

10. Develop a culture to anticipate and prevent health hazardous conditions 11. Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of an Emergency Response plan for site emergencies and maintain safety performance records in conjunction with project management staff and site contractors,

12. Lead and coordinate HSE Management system to reduce and eliminate incidents that may cause injuries, illnesses, fatalities, environmental damages, and financial losses. 13. Coordinate safety-training course for departmental staff and educate them on safe working practices. Provide HSE induction training to all new recruits on HSE Managements system.

14. Ensure all parties including Subcontractors Company with the project HSE plan. Maintain project HSE files and ensure safety toolbox meetings are held regularly. 15. Ensure that unsafe acts or near miss situations are reported and co-ordinate and evaluate HSE reporting Perform analysis of near miss incidents, sickness reports in order to identify trends or patterns.
