Developing of G.A.I.L Township in district Auraiya it is spread over the area of 300 acres which comprises of 800 dwelling houses from high officer’s bungalow to ‘D’ type quarters. The township has all facilities club, shopping center, swimming pool, school bldg., hospital, guest house with wide connecting roads, parks.

The other project was construction of Administrative bldg. adjoining with the canteen & utility bldg. within the plant premises. It was 120 Million projects centrally air conditioned with high-class finish. The four-storied bldg. has outer finish of sandstone cladding with a grit finish band.
