Java Developer working on the Planning Budget Tracking System Application. PBTS enables Armed Forces Information Services (AFIS ) to manage its budget processes. In doing so, PBTS maintains budget items like obligations, funds control, purchase orders, and payroll for DOD wide accounts. PBTS consist of web enabled technologies such as Oracle Weblogic 10, XHTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and Java Server Faces (JSF). Weblogic is used to create .EAR files and Oracle 10g is used as the back end database. Source control is handled by Star Team. EAR files were built using MAVEN 2.2. Also coded in ColdFusion 7/9 and devloped using Dreamweaver CS4 to create prototype applications. Setup and configuration of ColdFusion servers, IIS servers and JRUN servers. Developed and maintained procedures and triggers in SQL Server 2008 R2, Visual Studio 2008, and Toad 10 for Oracle. Other technologies used were LDAP, Active Directory, and Crystal Reports.

Sr. Powerbuilder developer/analyst working on the CMOCS (Coverage Measurement Operations Control System ) for the US Census Bureau. CMOCS is a control and tracking system for CCM operations in the Regional Census Centers. The system tracks and reports progress on CCM operations. System used for the 2010 Census. CMOCS is written in PowerBuilder 11.5 using Powerbuilders PFC and Object Oriented (OO) concepts. Backend processing is written in C/P/L SQL stored procedures on a SUN/Solaris UNIX server. Both of these components interact with an ORACLE 10G database, which reside on a SUN/Solaris server. TOAD for Oracle and PVCS Version Manager 8.2 were also used for project.

JAVA/J2EE / Sr. Powerbuilder developer for U.S. Department of Treasury. Responsible for developing and maintaining the FMS224 and FMS224 Bulk applications, which are used by the D.O.T. to receive information about the financial conditions and operations of federal agencies. The FMS224 provides Treasury with reports of agency payments and collections which serve as a basis of Treasury’s publications to Congress and to the public regarding federal revenues and expenditures. System developed using Powerbuilder 6.5/10.0 and Sybase System 12 on a UNIX platform. Re-engineered to be J2EE compliant, using IBM’s Websphere (v 6.0 ), JAVA, Javascript interfacing with Oracle 9i/10g. Other tools include EJB’s, Servlets, JSP, Struts and Clearcase for version control . Also coded C and C++ scripts and Oracle stored procedures.
