One of my reponsible while I am working with PAHW to approve the construction project plan and schedule submitted by the contractor including (barchart Activities, critical path, cost loading, equipment and manpower, Cash flow and S curve) for the following example projects :

● Construction of main roads and infrastructure with infiltration tanks in ALMUTLA'A CITY - 300M KD

• Develop internal schedule for PAHW PROJECTS using Excel sheet to draw the time frame data with estimated project start and finish date and budget. Showing its implementation and date of tendering according to PAHW financial fiscal year.

• Boubyan Island Master Plan one of the MPS projects and I have as Sr.planning Engineer to provide respective infrastructure program of the Island and as the provider of program management services including:

CONSTRUCTION & MAINTENANCE OF THE STADIUM & INDOOR SPORTS FACILITIES PROJECT – Bayan Co.; The project describes the Construction and Maintenance of the Stadium and Indoor Sports Facilities with site area of 126,180.000 m located inside the Shuwaikh University Campus. Responsibilities: As a member of the PLANNING ENGINEER Department duties involve:

• Responsibility for preparing the zoning coding system

• Responsibility for preparing the cost loading schedule

• Develop for the scheduling plan with monitoring the time frame activities including the resources and costing along the project PARSONS BRINCKERHOFF INT. (PB) firm here in Kuwait for 8 years, participated in numerous projects, including: Upgrading of 2nd, 3rd Ring Road and Damascus,

The project includes transportation planning, conceptual and preliminary design, detail design of a scheme that will complete the 2nd RR . Included in the project are 4 major grade separated interchanges using elevated viaducts and depressed trough sections to achieve grade separation through the urban environment.

New Traffic Model – State of Kuwait with KM.

The project includes the development of the model for Kuwait road network using vissum model and vissim simulation. Upgrading and Development of Main Road Network Kuwait – the project includes the development of the National Transportation Model, study and evaluate the existing road network, determine the needs for highway improvement and prepare a concept design for such improvements. Responsibilities:

• Scheduling & allocating resources for the project phases for the preparation of the annual implementation plan for the project . Design of Completion of First Ring Road Motorway – Kuwait - The project includes transportation planning, conceptual and preliminary design, detail design of a scheme that will complete the First Ring Road in Kuwait City, 6.7 kilometre dual 3 and 4 lane urban expressway. Included in the project are 8 major grade separated interchanges using elevated viaducts and depressed trough sections to achieve grade separation through the urban environment.

Responsibilities as Civil Engineer:

• Assisting Senior Utilities Engineers in preparing design drawings and Bill of Quantities for the diversions of services in the area of the project Traffic Impact Study (TIS) for more than 20 Traffic Impact Study for example
