an upbeat, high-energy professional. I would describe myself as a very determined and highly

motivated person. I do take my job seriously but I’m able to see things in perspective & believe I’m quite

easy-going to work with. I’m Passionate of Food & Beverage Service; I have developed in the last 15

years my academic and professional experience in the hospitality industry concentrated in the area of

F&B Management with experience in Fine Dining, Casual Dining, Fast Food, Catering & In-Flight Catering.

a solid background in workplace safety & can bring over 6 years’ practical experience in creating and

implementing (IOSH) Institutional of Occupational Safety & Health procedures to the position. I have

extensive experience producing, executing and maintaining policies and procedures to keep employees

safe and healthy in the workplace.

My experience in preparing Risk Assessments, Safe Work Method Statements and Site Standard

Operating Procedures demonstrates my ability to marry an organization’s internal processes and

procedures with legislative obligations.
