FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a team leader, and coordinate the role of other staffs.

Attending and managing all emergencies and emergency equipment’s.

Assisting in Code Blue department as team leader in emergency.

Preparation and administration of medicines like antibiotics, narcotics, Emergency drugs, etc.

Admission & Discharge procedure

Assisting doctors in Procedure like Endo tracheal Intubation, CVP line, Perform CPR, etc.

Assessment of patient’s condition and referral service and dealing with patient relatives

Continuous bedside monitoring of patient with and without the help of cardiac monitor

To provide isolated patient care with various life support devices.

Keep strict aseptic technique and clean patient area and good patient hygiene.

Participate in-service education program.

Preparation of nursing care plan and nursing diagnosis.

Maintaining emergency drugs and equipment are accessible place securely.

Maintaining the reports and records of the patient up to date.
