Administrator cum Account Assistant (Sep 2018 – Oct 2020) RESPONSIBILITIES
Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices.
Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Answering phone calls, dealing with enquiries and provide general information to job applicants regarding HR procedures.
Reading all correspondence including inquiry letters, job applications and CVs that are sent in.
Assisting with the recruitment and selection process.
Preparing and issuing employment contracts to new employees.
Organizing induction ceremonies and training for new staff.
Compiling the following data about employees: payroll – such as hours worked and timesheets.
Managing an employee’s sickness records and paperwork.
Making sure that all employee records are accurate and well maintained.
Setting up and maintaining an employee’s personnel files.
Updating both manual and electronic personnel records when an employee’s personal details change.
Involved in the performance review of staff.
Authorizing and issuing pay-slips.
Finalizing paperwork for when a member of staff leaves employment.
Work with the PRO on completing all PRO jobs.
Communicated with all levels of management regarding business documents and workflow needs.
Receiving sales inquiries, sending promotions and quotation and follow up.
