As the Buyer/Quality Controller, it is my responsibility to capture orders send from the Chefs at the various restaurants and hotels that are supplied fresh produce daily. It is my responsibility to put a list together for the purpose of going out in the morning to the farmers market to buy excellent quality produce for all orders received.

My duties do not end at buying. I also ensure produce is delivered. Weighting items and capturing those weights is also carried out so invoices can be sent to clients.

As the driver of the company vehicle whilst on delivery routes I need to ensure I buy, weigh and pack orders quickly, accurately and effectively ensuring I have enough time to make all deliveries while Chefs are preparing kitchens for the day ahead.
