"Production of ethanol from molasses with the help of saccharomyces cerevisae ". We formed ethanol from sugarcane molasses by fermentation using yeast & try to increase it's efficiency by controlling effect of temperature, dilution ratio, pH and fermentation period. Fabrication Model of Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger. Here we fabricated a Working model of Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger of one-one pass which can exchange heat between two fluids.

Have attended "International Conference On New Frontiers Of Engineering" for presenting and publishing paper titled "Ethyl Alcohol Production by Fermentation of Diluted Sugarcane Molasses using saccharomyces Cerevisae and its Optimization".
