• Business Contact Centre Digitization initiative gave Channel / Production Support teams the capability to publish outage alerts to clients. This significantly reduced client call volumes to business contact centres during planned outages. • Simplii FXC Cash project enabled Simplii clients to order foreign currency through Simplii Financial deposit accounts and lines of credit using the existing CIBC FX platforms thereby increasing revenues for CIBC Capital Markets. [ Budget : 600K ]

• Implemented DevOps to automate build & deployment (CI/CD) process reducing deployment times from 2 hours to 15 mins, increased frequency and dropped failure rate.
