• Business Contact Centre Digitization initiative gave Channel / Production Support teams the capability to publish outage alerts to clients. This significantly reduced client call volumes to business contact centres during planned outages. [ Budget: 1M ] Program Manager, CIBC - Capital Markets (Aug’18 – May’19) Led a CGI team of Developers, UX-UI specialists, QAs, DevOps SMEs and Technical Architects for delivering FX projects for Alternate Solutions Group using onsite-offshore delivery model.
• Canada Post - Foreign Cash is an online banking channel that allows CIBC customers and customers of its White Label clients to order foreign currency. With implementation of this project, Canada Post offered foreign currency to its clients using CIBC’s FX portal. [ Budget : 1.2M ]
• Simplii FXC Cash project enabled Simplii clients to order foreign currency through Simplii Financial deposit accounts and lines of credit using the existing CIBC FX platforms thereby increasing revenues for CIBC Capital Markets. [ Budget : 600K ]
• Implemented DevOps to automate build & deployment (CI/CD) process reducing deployment times from 2 hours to 15 mins, increased frequency and dropped failure rate.
