Coordinated with activities such as process pipe installation as per P&ID, flushing, cardboard blasting, blowing,leak test, chemical cleaning etc. Familarised with plant shutdown and start up activities. Familarised with operation of reactor, extraction column, Distillation coulmn,pumps, exchangers, ejector,Lrvp etc.
Experience in format checking and vessel/tank inspection. Interpreting piping and instrumentation diagrams(P&ID)and PFD . Familarised with incinerator, storage tanks, deaerator. Study of unit operations of plant & behaviour of process conditions. Interlock checking.
