• Responsible for all projects, maintenance process and engineering services owned by the hospital.

• Establish, monitor, and synchronize the operational management plan of all hospital premises and facilities to ensure the right and proficient operation in order to create harmless, healthy and comfortable environment for patients, staff and visitors.

• Responsible for the selection, coordination and managing regular operations of all maintenance service contractors and ensures all contractual provisions are met along with established codes.

• Maintain an inventory process of parts and supplies to maximize the operational readiness of hospital buildings, systems, and equipment with due respect to the limitations of cost, regulations and relative priorities.

• Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work, alterations, remodeling, minor construction, and the checkout, installation, and servicing of mechanical and electrical equipment and building systems.

• Act as the key contact for after-hours fire alarm incidents and emergency maintenance events such as a burst pipes or storm damage, including on-site attendance to these matters as appropriate.
