OVERSEE MAJOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS INCLUDING THE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION TO NEW BOILER, NEW ELEVATORS, NEW BUILDING LOBBY & HALLWAYS RENOVATIONS, ROOF PROJECT AND LOCAL LAW 11 FAÇADE WORK. ENSURE THE APPROPRIATE INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS ARE IN PLACE IN REGARDS TO ALL BUILDING RELATED ISSUES.
MAINTAIN PROPERTY’S COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE CITY, STATE, AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS.
