Administering appropriate safe work practices / procedures for the project.

Prepares Risk Assessment and JSA together with execution team for various activities
Prepare HSE Plan & Emergency Procedures
Updating Operators, Drivers, Riggers and Equipment Certifications
Ensure Authorities Environmental policies are followed and implemented.

Advised Project Manager for HSE promotion on site and organize incentive scheme.

Prepare appropriate training aids, audiovisual aids, and power point presentations.
Implementing quality, cleanliness, electrical risks and repair and storage in working with hand tools and power tools.
Conducts safety inspection and audit to sub-contractors.
Implementing general requirements on vertical shoring, concrete handling and placement should to ensure safety on site work.
Strictly followed proponent’s general requirements, standards and operator’s qualification before operation on mechanical equipment such as cranes and other lifting equipment to prevent loss of life and damages on site
Carry out surveys to see that only safe work methods are in operations, health and safety requirements are being observed, welfare and first facilities are adequate and properly maintained in the workplace
Keep up to date with recommended codes of practice and safety literatures. Circulate information to each level of employees.
