Supervision of East and North East distribution and maintain proper supply chain of goods. Monitoring quality, quantity and cost efficiency of the movement. Monitoring inbound shipment from Samsung production vendor / National warehouse / Regional vendors & Samsung warehouse.. Ensure proper tracking of material & timely onwards distribution. Coordination with transporters, freight negotiation to ensure cost efficiency.

Ensure daily/ weekly and monthly on time reports (manual / online) to Cheil. Monitoring proper DC space utilization, resource management, manpower productivity, inventory control, DC audit, logistic budget management, safety and hygiene of DC as per the guide line of Samsung. Handling a group of 17 team member.
