Company Profile : QE2 Shipping LLC and PCFC Hotels (PCFCH) are both wholly owned subsidiaries of the Government of Dubai’s Ports, Customs & Free Zone Corporation (PCFC). PCFCH has investment platforms in the hospitality, retail, real estate, and technology sectors. It is the operator, as well as the asset and development manager of the QE2. QE2 has been docked permanently in Dubai since being sold in 2008. The ship finally opened as a hotel on 18 April 2018.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implementation and development of health and safety management system, policies, and procedures.
Introduction of training program and training delivery to staff, guest, and contractors.
Assisting regulatory bodies and third-party inspectors throughout inspection process and fulfilling requirement to get certified by them.
Compliance with Dubai Civil Defense, Dubai Municipality, and Dubai Tourism requirement by maintaining higher health and safety standards
Assisting management during hot works, confined space entry, critical lifting, contractor management, unusual activities, and inspections.
Directly responsible for incident reporting and investigation program and assisting management through recommendations to prevent them.
Conducting emergency exercise and mock drill to test and approve emergency response and evacuation plan by participating in drills.
Inspection, maintenance, and testing of fire detection, fire protection and fire-fighting equipment and keeping record of them.
Carrying out safety risk assessments, propose improvements or changes to procedures to enhance safety and assist in safety investigations to find the root cause.
Contractor management by managing routes of entry and exit, resting areas, storage facilities and by providing required trainings.
Coordinating and organizes all aspects in the management of an emergency situation.
Workplace inspections and recommendations by differentiating between operational and construction requirements.

Company Profile : Mosart Marble & Mosaic Established in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E., with more than Twenty-five years’ experience in the marble & mosaic works in Saudi Arabia, Italy and U.A.E., designed to provide complete engineering support to the building projects as well as all the other parties involved in natural stone application.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspection of site to make sure that its free from hazards and presentable for clients and main contractors.
Arranges for regulatory mandated testing and/or evaluations of the workplace by external agencies/consultants.
Conducting toolbox talks and weekly safety meetings.
Continuous monitoring of all safety related documents, reports, and issues to keep them updated.
