1- From 15/07/2020 up to date, Working with Ar Rafedin Energy Company as Operation and Maintenance Supervisor_ Power Production Station, Al Mokha, Yemen.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

Responsible for the overall management of operation, routine maintenance, repairs, periodic inspection/check, and periodic parts replacement of the power production equipment, and ensuring that power production are available at all times, avoiding power cut off as possible.

Supervise and carry out all routine preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting activities for Gensets and transformers equipment, and keeping the power production equipment working in good conditions at all times.

Responsible for planning, coordination, and direction of all routine preventative maintenance and repairs activities, including installation of Gensets and transformers equipment, power station facility construction works implementing by contractors that should meet work plan and safety standards.

Responsible for preparing a scheduled plan of all routine preventative maintenance and repairs activities required for the power production equipment.

Supervise and participating in fixing and troubleshooting of any emergency problems occurred in a timely manner, ensuring electricity not cut off as possible.

Managing the stock of consumable items & spare parts, ensuring stock levels are maintained at all times to meet operational requirements while ensuring efficient inventory management and monitoring usage of consumable items & spare parts.

Main Objectives:-

To perform and document inspection, OP-check test, routine preventative maintenance, repair, power up, inventory, required materials and spare parts list of all wireline logging unit/truck equipment and downhole logging tools in OMV Block-S2 site after 5 years suspension, evaluating equipment condition and readiness for operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

Preform the inspection, OP-checks, routine and advanced electronic and electrical repairs, troubleshooting and diagnosis test, and all required checks based on the attached scope of work (SOW) guidelines from SLB.

Perform inventory of all SLB wireline logging equipment in OMV Block-S2 site required for the Work Over activity with initial condition assessment of the wireline logging unit equipment.

Generate a report to state the equipment condition and readiness and define all required materials and spare parts, if any, to be purchased either locally or from abroad to get the wireline logging unit functioning.

Promote job safety, ordering parts, maintaining spares inventory, preventative maintenance reporting, auditing of third-party suppliers, and with the planning and operating of the maintenance department.

Communicate, report and document suggestions, ideas, lessons-learned, and best practices for continuous improvement. 4- From 15/07/2015 to 30/09/2018, Worked in various Freelance Jobs as General Maintenance Technician, Yemen.

Works and Activities:-

Maintain and repair various electronic and electrical equipment, TVs, LCD screen, PCs, UPS power devices, DC/AC inverters, electrical malfunction of diesel generators, Biomedical devices, fuel filling pumps/machineries, and other electrical equipment at workshop and/or at sites.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

Perform preventive maintenance, repair and modifications of various wireline downhole tools electronic assemblies, surface acquisition systems, modules, panels, mobile and truck power supply systems, and wireline logging unit instruments and electrical system.

Perform routine maintenance events such, Quality checks, FIT & TRIM checks of logging downhole tools, logging unit instruments, and other electronic and electrical equipment as per the guideline procedures in maintenance manuals.

Troubleshoot, disassemble and reassemble of electromechanical assemblies, wireline downhole tools, and other electrical equipment and replacement of defective electronic and electromechanical components.

Perform visual inspection, OP-check test, calibration test if due, diagnosis test for all electromechanical assemblies, wireline downhole tools and other field operation equipment, and repair if needed.

Perform maintenance, repair and troubleshooting activities independently with limited direct supervision by the line manager in MEA region and carrying out leadership of E-Lab in Yemen.

Perform preventative maintenance and inspections activities of equipment, electrical control panels and machines as per routine maintenance plan and recommendations of supervisor.

In collaboration with Maintenance Supervisor, participate in repair, maintain and fixing any fault issues of machines, electrical control panels and other electrical equipment.
