Job Description:
Conduct safety induction for New Workers and discuss site Hazard, Warning, Danger, Site Prohibition and other safety related matters.
Required contrators legal papers Company License, Workmens compensation, I.d. Card,Visa, etc.
Assist third party inspector for the inspection of Equipment and rectify observation in order to attained Certificate of the Equipment. “SAFE TO USE “.
Ensure all moving equipment 3rd party Inspected / Certified prior to use. Operators are competent license / trained.
Report Unsafe Act, Unsafe Condition, danger situation in the workplace and rectify immediately to prevent injury and accident.
Provide information, instruction, Training, Supervision and demonstrate safe use of tools and equipment’s.
Permit to Work System Implementation. Hot Works, Work at Heights, Excavation, Electrical, Lifting Operation, Open Shaft, Working on the Edge, Confined Space etc.
Regular inspections of firefighting equipment and ensure that are in good condition and updated ready to use in case of fire.
Conduct tool box meeting take action / corrective measure on workers safety concern.
Personal Protective Equipment as “Manadatory” and other applicable safety protective tools.
Submit daily report and weekly statistical report to HSE Manager.
Regular Site inspection and assist site managers in undertaking risk assessments.
Promptly investigate site accident / Incident and conduct corrective action in order to prevent similar cases to happen again.
