PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Structural/Interior Design Engineer

● Designed/Supported programs - Mitsubishi Regional Jet (MRJ),

C-Series, Airbus A320neo, Gulfstream, E-2C Advanced Hawkeyes,

Boeing 777/747-8, Hawker Horizon (Beech Aircraft), and the

Airforce One. Using CATIA V4/V5/V6.

● Supported - Nacelle Engine - Pylons, Exhaust Plug/Nozzle,

Engine Build-Up, Inlet, and Fan Cowl.

● Investigated wings - Spar joints, flight spoiler actuator to

bell crank puller, and of all rotating joints on the wings to

ensure that the requirement for corrosion prevention.

● Performed design of packages such as side ledges, cabinets,

galleys, seat install, and lavatories.

● Provided technical support during installation of the

lavatories. Worked directly with the factory to resolve any

technical issues during the installation of the airplanes.

● Designed details, assemblies, and installations for various

interior components such as OFCR Rails, OFAR Rails, Stowage

Bin/Monument Support Cross Bars, and Support Fittings.

● Designed for floor beams, airframes, bulkheads, fuselage skins

for the new E-2C Advanced Hawkeyes Aircraft, Hawker Horizon

Aircraft, and 777 Boeing.

● Performed engineering project planning, integration,

verification, alternatives cost, risk, supportability,

● Performed a series of compatibility tests between the upgrades

and aircraft system (ECS) ducts between 60-25/26-61 electronic

boxes and floor structures for the E-3 Awacs program.

demonstrated on TS-3 during risk reductions efforts.

● These enhancements are designed to increase the aircraft's

capability through improved automation and human-computer

hydraulic system installations for landing gear.
