Presently working as senior faculty in CSR project (ANUDIP FOUNDATION) which is operating its programs in rural areas to spread the awareness of Digital literacy and soft skills to earn their livelihood.
Worked as a District coordinator in a university grant project name EXCEL (employability excellence for college education and learning) course name certificate course in management and soft skills of 405 hours inclusive of 8 modules with project work in IL&FS skills. Handling 4 colleges of two districts Ramgarh and Hazaribagh.
A Content developer for the soft skills, personality development and English based projects who has developed its module on the scale of (CEFR) common European framework references and a Master trainer in SGRS Academic Pvt.Ltd.
Have served diverse industry verticals such as Master trainer with TOT handling, content developing, training monitoring, module development.

Train the candidates in soft skills, personality development, communicative English and in interview skills.
To present the programme in the mode of presentation in colleges schools,panchyats,and gram sabhas for the awareness of skill development programme and scope of livelihood for the candidates.
Train the marketing executives to approach the mobilization spot and further follow ups to complete the assignments.
