Inward:

First I receive the document and check the document address and Delivery Chelan, Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Entry, House Air Way Bill, E-Way Bill and finally check the Seal and unlock the seal.

If any pallet or material damaged found during unloading, we will inform to our supervisor and also Shift Manager and take a photo of damaged material and vehicle number and make the Receiving Discrepancy Report (RDR).

If the material received without damage then we make the Goods Receipts Note (GRN) and handover to the Quality Team.

Incoming Quality Control:

Quality Team receives the material and checks the material alignment and verify it condition for production and approve the material for production.

Once clear the material from quality team we should handover the material to Warehouse Management System (WMS) team.

Warehouse Management System:

Warehouse Management Team Receive the material from Quality team and make the part number and quantity details against system application process and physical and feed the data and create the FIFO label and pasted on the material and move to the binning team.

Binning Team:

Binning team receive the material from the WMS team, we bin the material that is allocated by the WMS team.

Once we bin the material in the respective location, we audit that location that the material is binned correctly or not.

Inventory Management:

Inventory team should maintain the stock levels are equal and matched the material against the SAP stock against WMS stock against Physical Stock.

We have nearly 4350 part numbers are maintain in our warehouse and separate it by class wise.

Picking:

Kitting team make the transfer order and given to the warehouse picking team. We receive the transfer sheet and check the stock against SAP and WMS.

If the stock available in warehouse we create the pick list and given to the picking person. They pick the material from the location against the requirement quantity.

Once we pick the material and we stored in picking storage area and the transfer sheet handover to audit team.

Audit team checks and verify and they approve the transfer order move to the posting team.

Posting team post the material stock from warehouse storage location to kitting storage location and make the posting number and handover to picking team supervisors.

They create a gate pass for material movement and finally issue the material against gate pass.
