JOB PROFILE

A young vibrant aspirational dynamic professional with 12+ years of natural learning experience in leasing/business development, operations and management of retail spaces across various commercial malls of DLF and Ansal in Delhi/NCR.

The retail leasing /business development includes but is not limited to the following activities:

• Searching appropriate brands for leasing by visiting market places, fests and carnivals, regular walk- ins.

• Scheduling client meets, suggesting best retail space match according to their requirement,

• Conducting site visits, carrying commercial lease negotiations,

• Closing the deal formally in close co-ordination with Legal,

• Co-ordinating with Fit-outs team for operations of retail outlet,
