TECHNICAL SKILLS
Experience in Commissioning and operation of Gas Turbine,Boiler,SteamTurbine,Generatorand all its auxiliaries. Experience in hydrotest,alkali boil out,steam blowing,sefty valve settings. Having complete knowledge in the logic and principles,behind the operation and troubleshooting of GasTurbine,Boiler,HRSG, Steam Turbine andGenerator. Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget. Cold, Hot & Warm start up, Normal Operation, Emergency Handling and Safe shut down of Unit. Line up of the unit and its auxiliaries,Change over of equipment,routine testing of protection system,valve freedom testand annunciation system.
Supervising the functions of trouble shooting & predictive/preventive/shutdown maintenance for identifying are as of obstruction/breakdowns.
Maintenance of power plant auxiliaries like Boiler feed pumps,Condensate extraction pumps,Oil Centrifuges,Centrifugal fans, Cooling Tower Fans, Cooling Water pumpsetc. BOP equipment’s like ATLAS COPCO make Centrifugal Gas compressors,Chillers,Boiler feed water pumps and Atlas Copco make Air compressors and N2 Generator. Reducing machinery down time to minimum Emergency Equipment Trial and restoration of process.
SAFETY SKILLS
Issue and cancellation PTW system, safe isolation, Personnel safety and equipment safety. Strictly follow permitte work(PTW),Job safety analysis(JSA)procedure,Lock out tag Out(LOTO).
