PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Present working as Engineer- Technical Writer at Cyient Limited, Bangalore from Jan-2020 to till date.

Roles & Responsibilities:

●As a technical writer my work mostly involves analyse, read, understand & interpret approved maintenance manuals and documentation to update the Maintenance and Overhaul Manuals of aero engines as per MRO’s and regulation authority requirements.

●Writing the removal/installation and disassembly/assembly procedural instructions of aero engines manuals by using authoring tools such as Arbotext editor and S1000D.

●Analyze and evaluate the various technical documents like Engineering Orders (EO’s), Changes Orders (CO’s), Enterprise or Engineering Changes (EC’s), Tool Service Bulletins (TSB’s), Engineering Drawings, Bill of materials (BOMs), Production operation sheets, Factory Modification Sheets (FMS), Change Requests, IPC, SIL, TR’s, TOL’s, EI’s, SB’s, AD’s etc.., to update the engine manual.

●Analyse latest released SB’s for effect and no effect and incorporate the effect SB’s per OEM’s requirement.

●Report and coordinate with customers to resolve issues with respect to Service Bulletins, Repairs, Modifications and coordinate with MRO for implementation of recommendations if found any discrepancies for suggested changes.

●I am also responsible for the quality assurance of the data provided to the end customer.

Worked as Aircraft Associate Analyst at CAMP Systems Private Limited, Hyderabad from May-2018 to Nov-2019.

Roles & Responsibilities:

●As an Aircraft Associate Analyst work mostly involves collection of aircraft maintenance documents from various sources, processing, applications usage, monitoring, data segregation, data extraction and reporting.

●Tracking and monitoring the Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and other modification documents, evaluation of these documents, management of these documents in CAMP application and ensuring the timely implementation.

●Performs data Analysis using advanced Excel.

●Processing of Technical Logs and updating of aircraft, engine, propeller and APU log books of various Aircraft models (Airbus, Boeing, Bell Helicopters, Cessna, Dassault, Embraer, Gulfstream etc..,), Engine models (Pratt & Witney, Safran helicopter, Rolls Royce etc..,), APU models (Honeywell, Pratt & Witney etc..,) of business jets into CAMP application.

●Maintain accurate records of all life limited & service life limit components as stipulated in the Aircraft Maintenance schedule.

●Scrutiny of work orders from MRO’s with respect to modifications for completion and accuracy.

●Updating the flight hours, aircraft defect, oil consumption and component replacement into CAMP application based on aircraft Tech.log (It contains work packages, routine cards, non-routine card, tech log sheet, W/O) received from maintenance shops.

●Updating the service record and maintenance activities records were done into respective Aircraft profiles (i.e Airframe, Engine, Propeller and APU) Log book.

●Updating the respective Aircraft Inventory List including Minimum Equipment List (MEL) for any changing of components conditions (i.e New, Overhaul and Repaired) into CAMP application for tracking their status.

●Updating Scheduled Maintenance Checks (SMC’s), Airworthiness Directives (AD’s) and Service Bulletins (SB’s) status containing in aircraft maintenance documents.

Projects Involved: Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) TEJAS

Roles & Responsibilities:

●Involved in quality inspection programmes and preparing quality inspection documents during aircraft production stages.

●Involved in drawing coordination of Light Combat Helicopter (LCA TEJAS) and clearing the doubts to technicians while production as per Engineering drawing layout.

ACADEMIC PROJECT:

Project Title: Design and Analysis of Heat Flux Sensor for Plasma Wind Tunnel.

Organisation: Research Centre of Imarat (RCI), DRDO, Hyderabad

Description: The Heat Flux Sensor of flat plate and blunt shaped is designed in AutoCAD 2D. By using ABAQUS determine the Thermal Gradients of the sensors is analyzed and prepared prototypes of the product for practical analysis by using plasma wind tunnel.

Roles & Responsibilities:

●As a team Leader I have collected design data for a sensor model, designed and analysed by using AutoCAD and ABAQUS software’s.

●Prepared the prototype and detailed report for the project.
