Job Profile :

Maintain the Process Chart & Monitor the welding parameters according to sheet thickness on SKD & Cubing body stage.

Monitor the supplier Quality assurance standard as per customer quality standard for fitment of components in specified tolerance.

Responsible for inspection of in-process SKD Fabrication maintaining dimensional & visual inspection check sheets to minimize and finding the regular basis defects on final vehicle & customer report end.

Responsible for inspection of top coat application viscosity test, adhesion test and obtaining Dry Film Thickness (DFT) values as per customer specification and to monitor the shot blasting roughness values and maintain the viscosity of using primer application mixing ratio.

Has implemented Kaizen Activities at process stage and supplier end also.

Inspection of Vehicles at PDI Stage with the Customer (TML, Bhartbenz ). Academics-
