Financial Accounting: This Module includes the creations of Financial vouchers, Raw Material accounting, Imprest accounting, TDS, employee advances, vehicle expenses, bank reconciliation, Books of Account, Statement of Accounts, Cash Flow, Bank flow, General Ledger, Customer Ledger, Supplier Ledgers, Trial balance, profit and loss account, balance sheet and other users requirement specific reports.

Sales Accounting & Dispatches: This Module includes the maintenance of Customer data and Finished Product definitions. Sale Contracts, Sale Orders, Stock Transfer Orders, Dispatch Orders, Packing List.Invoices.Credit Control System. Customer Receivables Reports, Sales data Analysis and reports. Interface with Other Module.

Materials Management System: This module includes generation of indent, Purchase Order, Amendments & records, Approved Vendor’s & Supply system, Gate Entry, Goods Receipt, Bill Passing, Stock Valuation, Issue management, Returnable/Non-returnable Gate passes, Excise Input Material and Excise records, Stock adjustments. The module includes Employee Master Maintenance & Employee related information, Monthly Salary Calculation for Month Rated, Daily Rated & Piece Rated Employees, Pay Slip, Monthly Reports, PF calculations, ESI Calculations, PF-6A, PF-3A, ESI Reports like Monthly deduction report, ESI-6A report, Bonus Calculation, Leave with wages Calculations, Leave Accounting System., Employee’s appraisal, increments and interface with Other Modules.

Plant Maintenance Management System: This module includes the maintenance of Machinery and Spares for all Plants, Power Houses, and D.G. sets, Turbines, Boiler Houses Etc. Preparation of Daily & weekly maintenance schedules. Schedules for the Erection of New Plants & Machinery and its monitoring. Maintenance & Repair Budgets & its Monitoring. Maintaining the History of Breakdowns, Part replacements and cost of the maintenance.

Production Planning and Control: This module includes the maintenance of Finished, Semi Finished and In process Products. Bill of Material, Cost Centers, Work Centers, Production Orders. Daily Production, Daily stoppages and other output maintenance. Quality analysis & Reporting. Wastage analysis. Periodic reports.

Share Accounting System: This module contains the creation/changes of Folios, Change of Address, Transfer of Shares, Splitting & Consolidation of Shares, Issue of Duplicate Share Certificates, and Dividend Calculation, Warrant Printing & reconciliation. Share Holders Complaints and Queries. Share Reporting System, which includes Transfer Register, Top-50, and Share Holding Pattern.
