1985- Took a semester off to help open the Jenny Craig Company in Australia.
1985-1986- Managed JC centers in Los Angeles last 2 summers of college 1987-1988- Worked as intern and staff writer for CNN, Washington D.C. 1988-1989- Supervisor/Trainer for Jenny Craig Weight Loss Centers. Traveled throughout the country, Australia and London. 1990- Opened franchise in Santa Barbara.
1991- 1994- Opened and operated 10 JC centers in Tampa, Fl. 1995-2001- Owned and Operated El Rancho Restaurant and Lodge, Evergreen, CO.
2003-2006- Opened Two Hollywood Tans in San Diego, Ca. 2008- Merged with Jim Brogan to develop a motivation program for teens through a web site called “team brogan” -Del Mar, CA. 2013-2017- Created and opened 3 Ohana Cupcake locations in Oceanside, North County and La Jolla, CA.
