I perform reiki on them through touch, hovering my hands over them, or I send the reiki through distance healing. I meet with clients on a weekly basis, in person in person or through Zoom, for 60 or 90 minutes. I design a yoga sequence for each client based on his or her needs. We use yoga blocks, bolsters, pillows,

blankets, cushions and eye pillows as props. The yoga sequences are based on either Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin or Kundalini yoga. I begin and end every session with a personalized meditation for the given client.
