I worked full-time in a contract position of Administrative Assistant to the Property Manager. My responsibilities were work orders, invoices, took pictures of house, marketed the houses online, move out inspections, created move in forms, rental verifications, create and email move out letters, create new owners in Appfolio, scheduled maintenance when there was a maintenance request, and helped with anything the Property Manager needed help with. I was the Leasing Agent for a luxury apartment complex. I was in-charge of leasing the apartments. My responsibilities included responding to all leads, giving tours, screening applications, created the move-in folders, made rent deposits, worked on lease renewals, posting notices, worked on delinquencies, creating eviction notices, worked with vendors, create the leases and gathered all the information together for the move in. I handled the renter’s insurance, entered service requests, helped with anything the Property Manager needed and finished the move in when the resident arrives for to pick up the keys. I help residents with any questions they had and held resident events. The Property Manager frequently traveled so I was in charge of the office, staff, and property. Programs I used were Onesite, Realpage, Resite, Activebuilding, and Microsoft Outlook.

I managed the cleaning of 3 major retail stores, was the Manager of 18 employees, interviewed/hired applicants, trained employees, created employee schedules, scheduled project work, helped with the store cleaning, inventory monitoring and ordering when needed.

I was the Site Manager/Apartment Manager for three apartment complexes.
