Follow up and /or forward necessary information to appropriate individuals or departments to complete demographic/scheduling process..

Communicates schedule to physician, scheduling or other clinic staff via text message, email or instant message

Maintain physicians schedules - scheduling office visits

View patient visit notes, identifying problems & diagnosis listed and physician orders

Assist in patient registration and financial transactions.
