As a Service Engineer - I have done on-site service of Blood bank & Biomedical equipments in numerous blood banks in various Indian states like Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal,Gujarat,Punjab, Delhi etc.

Inventory mapping of medical equipments plan and ensure that Preventive Maintanance, Predictive Maintenance & Calibration are taken as per plan.

Authentic Instruments is a leading company in the field of Blood Bank Equipment manufacturing, it having NABL certified lab for Calibration, Validation & Testing of Equipment and Instruments. As a Production Engineer I have to calculate the production cost, time involvement, existing production resource, human resource and do a proper estimate and recommend it to the organization. Develop and oversee implementation of production processes for new products and current product enhancements.

Focus on inventory management to have the right amount of inventory at the right quantity, in the right place, at the right time, and at the right cost. Well skilled in all Industrial process like, Mechanical and Fitting, Servicing and Maintenance, Fabrication works of the equipment.

I just got trained about Machines manufacturing in Our Company, Its my Task to Complete all the assembling of the Machines. As we are Supportive to all the Works of our Company like Calibration and Services too.
