Maintain TS related documents like job setup, log register, standard process parameter, SPP monitor, IMM check sheet.
Taking new mould & material trails.
Co-ordination with maintenance team for preventive maintenance.
Coordinate tooling and equipment availability, repair and maintenance.
Man power allocation to all machines & utilise them properly.
Raw Material reconciliation with in the shift.
Ensure cleanliness and maintains safe work environment with in moulding department.
Implementation of 5s with in shop floor.
