Responsibilities: -

Responsible for Implementation of processes at cluster level as per guideline of Circle and Corporate leaderships and ensured review mechanism to be followed.

To provide uninterrupted infra services to customers in clusters by ensuring optimum utilization of resources on 24*7 basis in all Odd /Environmental challenges. Coordinate with Field Support Engineer, Technician and IME partner for ensuring no power issue and manage Infra Uptime as per SLA guideline.

Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of Cell sites SMPS, PIU/PMU, DG, AC, Battery Bank, Transformer and all alarms & electrical wirings, Earthing, PM/CM all other passive infra work.

Responsible for New Rollouts at Area level as per customer priority and coordination with Acquisition team, TSP vendors to complete the work of New Built, Sharing, Energy projects sites within TAT.

Responsible for Estate Management /Agreement renewal by coordinating with Estate team.

Coordinate with Field team /Energy team for the Energy reduction on monthly basis and reduction in diesel Pilferages by driving audits at petrol Pumps / sites etc

Ensuring cultural/safety activities as per circle HR/ESH Scheduled respectively to ensure E connect with field team.
