Manages predictive and condition monitoring maintenance activities for two rolling mills rotating equipment which includes pumps, gearboxes, compressors, fans, and motors.

Conducts and interpret vibration analysis using CSI 2140, thermography by Fluke TIX580, borescope inspection using GE XL VU and ultrasonic testing.

Evaluates lubrication samples reports from BP Lubricants and implement it to the present condition.

Plant includes demineralized, desalination, hypochlorite effluent treatment, tank farms, sea water, cooling water system, plant air system and packaging.

Collaborated with foreign consultants and service engineers for the overhauling of two stage IHI reciprocating compressors and automatic backwash system including plate and frame heat exchangers.

Examined newly installed rotating equipment and packaging equipment technical drawing to create and update spare parts list on SAP R3.
