Role:

Bid Designing & Order Execution of Oil Cooled Power & Auto Transformer up to 220kV & 125MVA.

Optimize the design based on fixed loss, capitalization & past bid opening result.

Co-ordination with project designer, marketing team, SCM team& other department to optimize the bid design considering manufacturing capability, raw material availability and market trend.

Co-ordination with purchase, production, service teams for timely dispatch of transformer.

Preparing technical data sheet, Preliminary Outline drawing & raw material costing sheet for same.

Preparing technical data sheet for order execution, production & purchase Drawings.

Maintaining specification summary & accessories price to calculate accurate raw material costing in limited time frame.

Technical review and discussion with customer to provide better solution and fulfill their requirement with new cost effective suggestions & ideas.

Co-ordination with supplier to provide better product as per customer system requirement.

Review & comparing Project & Bid Design to find out the reason of cost over run (if any) & reducing the same.

Maintaining all required ISO documents related to biding purpose.

Accomplishment:

Got the order of power transformer, Export (Mauritius electricity board) Transformer with large no of quantity.

Executed Domestic/Export Industry/Utility orders, Metro Project Transformer orders timely.

Reduce the bid design and order design raw material difference.
