Home Leasing Construction Duties and Responsibilities from a Macro Level:

• Executive overseeing full life-cycle projects Preconstruction and Construction Phases. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the division and clients. Manage Multiple project teams simultaneously providing executive support and mentorship with the supervision of project planning, subcontractors, and suppliers, and of safety standards.

• Coordination of all phases of construction management including client relations, scheduling, procurement, quality control, estimating, and cost control throughout both Preconstruction and Construction Phases. Managing multiple project teams simultaneously providing executive support with the supervision of subcontractors, and suppliers, and the maintenance of safety standards.

• Focus on developing and implementing strategies and set the overall direction of the construction division of our organization

• Integral in driving growth from 12 million in 2015 to 130 million plus in 2021 by emphasizing relationships and partnerships

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Manage work on projects in construction phases; coordinate and make recommendations regarding status of work with all Project Managers ensuring that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards

• Attend and actively participate in partnering sessions with contractors, agencies, and organizations to obtain feedback on HLC performance and effectiveness

• Advise, consult, and provide feedback on the development of construction procurement documents, including plans, construction phase consulting services, and HLC employee responsibilities.

• Provide detailed constructability reviews of project documents and make recommendations.

• Be part of the Preconstruction Team in evaluating upcoming projects feasibility, constructability, and our expected budgets

• Provide leadership for the onsite project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones

• Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes

• Monitor staff performance and complete performance reviews

• Implement the organization's guidelines on a day-to-day basis and preside over quality control.
