Engagements with EMIRATES NBD as UAT Tester /Trade Finance from Dec 2019 – Mar 2020

Conduct Testing, including UAT for the core application of banks systems.

Perform the data analysis on the volumes to build the business case.

Present the business case to the management and take approval to initiate the project.

Document requirements with the management about the process

To take sign off from the operation manager post document requirement gathering.

To co-ordinate with the developer and Operation during the development phase of the project

TCS e-Serve Ltd as Senior Associate Nov 2007 – Sept 2013

Role: - To handle Issuance in Guarantee department

Worked as an Senior Processing Associate with TCS e-Serve Ltd for a period from November’ 07 till September’ 13 in Europe Guarantees. The unit manages issuance of guarantees, booking of cash collateral on behalf of the clients, vetting the text of guarantees with the guidance of trade advisors.

Responsibilities:

Issuing Trade Guarantees and getting the text vetted from the Trade advisors on behalf of Citibank London.

Monitoring daily transactions are processed as per Service level Agreement (SLA).

Booking of Time Deposits for London clients on a daily basis which involves booking FX deals.

Providing daily MIS to management and assisting them in their queries.

Calculation of ‘Mark to Market’ price for all oil LC’s issued by EMEA region on weekly basis. This involves usage of Platt’s website to download oil rates and calculating our mark to market exposure.

Solving queries of London Guarantees by interacting with the branches through mails.

Training new joinees.

Achievements:

Working in the area of productivity improvement by minimizing the transactions been raised to trade advisor for their opinion. The aim of this project:

To reduce generic queries raised to trade advisor and free their time for some more important function.

Reduce turn around time (TAT) for each transaction.

Role: - Handled Client Data

Was working with Infocom Network Pvt Ltd. as Coordinator for the period from Sep 2005 till Sep 2006. Started my career at Infocom Network Pvt Ltd as a Tele Marketing Executive where my prime responsibility was verification of customer data. I was then promoted as a Coordinator where I was involved in direct contact with customers for any modification required by them in their advertisements.
