I have completed 12 months rotation internship in the year of 2010 at Pramukh Swami Medical College, Karamsad.

I have been as a Senior Registrar in Dept. of critical care and Respiratory Medicine, including Medical ICU & Surgical ICU in Shree Krishna Hospital, Karamsad from June 2015 to August 2017. I have been as an Intensivist and Pulmonologist in Asian Heart Institute, Bandra, Mumbai from September 2017 to September 2018.

At present, I am working as a consultant Intensivist and Pulmonologist in Department of Critical care and Emergency medicine in Shree Krishna Hospital, Karamsad, Gujarat since September 2018. EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

1. Appeared as a Guest speaker on talk of COVID-19 Pneumonia in multiple webinars since August 2020. 2. Appeared as a Instructor in Provider course of BLS/ACLS/ATLS at Apex Medical Academy, Ahmedabad. 3. Participated as a Faculty in Gujarat Criticon organized by ISCCM in 2019. 4. Attended workshop on Advanced Pulmonary Function Tests at Chest Research Foundation Pune in 2019.

5. Successfully completed Instructor course of Advanced Trauma Life Support at MGM Hospital Jaipur ( under the guidance of Dr M.C Misra) under the American College of Surgeons in 2019. 6. Successfully completed Instructor course of Basic life support & Advanced cardiac life support under LIHS, Mumbai in August 2017.

7. Attended 4 days " 5th Annual Critical Care Refresher Course " held by ISCCM, Delhi branch at Medanta The Medicine, Gurgaon in Feb-2017.

8. Workshop on “Basic Life Support ( BLS ) and ACLS ” held by International Training organisation Of AHA on April 2008 at PSMC Karamsad and revised 2015 guidelines in Jan-2017 9.
