Role Description:
Coordinating with employees to collect the require HR documents
Checking the documents whether the documents are received and uploaded as per HR policy
Verification of HR Documents as instructed by the line manager
Ensuring all documents are as up to date as possible within electronic filing systems.
Responsible for maintaining hard copy information.
Managing Helpdesk Letters, Fuel Cards, Fuel Card Cancellation, Medical Cards, Medical Card Cancellation, Reimbursement Claim Form etc.
