I am interested to work for you about any of your customers’ projects such as Manager of Technology, Projects, R&D, Business, H&R, Quality, Strategy, Sales. These abilities come from my experiences and my studies. I want also to underline that travels are not a problem for me.

A few other experiences: I have created 3 companies from “0, to sales”, My experience started from bench researcher – scale-up, manufacturing (including QA/QC) Manager, General Manager and President. I specially spent a lot of time in business because each of the companies were always major projects.

In other word, I can manage any companies. I am 360 applications. This is also valuable for all de BU’ s of any companies, that experience comes also from my curiosity to learn more and more: and my different positions in national and multi-national:

-Global organization and strategies

-Business plans creation and presentation in front of large publics (VIP’ s, Banks, private investors…), use of Outlook, Word, Excell

-For example, new equipment and new building: start point: administrators, meetings to collect the inputs from Business, R&D, manufacturing, accounting, HR, H&S creation of dedicated plan (GANTT, PERT) scale-up POF implementation of automation statistical analysis building of plant (eventually) and building of manufacturing equipment’s statistical analysis (set-up of limits control, sampling plans (Ishikawa, Ohno, Ford…), validation of online equipment’ s coaching first manufacturing’s analysis, depending of the results, go back for adjustments improve using LEAN loop

-During the project: following evolution, meetings (transversal and vertical) field test and tuning. Every time I created a company or was in charge of a new challenges, I used my expertise in project management and was successful. For example, the company it4ip was in profit the second year including a positive increase of sales and very quick R.O.I. and so far, very good E.B.I.D.T.A., same for E.B.I.D.T. and so, nice profit used for safety, larger investments, R&D.

This project management is just a reference showing one of the projects I managed. In order to end, I manage in time, quality, quantity and budget. I always work with the individuals involved and take care of their inputs (like the LEAN loops) and the company and individuals’” targets (KPI is widely used).

I understand that my age could conflicts but, I fired, I would leave not angriness and you can rely about the fact that the follower to the position will be trained et so he will be soon effective,

For me, employees and so partners are key for the success of any companies, I’m always open in order to support them, solve their problems, coach them and so put the people back in the center of any process or BU’s or companies. I am recognized to have high potential of leadership. There is no sense to me to use employees like robots, everybody must be allowed to dive its input to the process in order to manufacture the best product in time, quality, budget and quantity. My employees always tell that I have a sense of leadership in order to meet the goals in term also of wellness, healthy taking into account their way to live. From researcher, Production Manager, I have reached General Manager (for Cyclopore) and, finally CEO’ position (for it4ip, Cypore and 2Tracks (details are available using LINKEDIN and using my first names and last’ one as inputs in the research box). My experience is mainly in polymer science applied to healthcare but, like any engineer, the know-how can be applied for any application because I am a 360 open mind.

In term of my experience, I did rum cyclotrons in EU (despite I visited them, I have not used the Van Der Graaf linear accelerator based in Brookhaven. Nevertheless, I used the cyclotron with heavy ions source (patented Berkeley innovation) to feed the center of the beaming machine. When reaching the right energy, the ions were moved away from the equipment and that was just a matter to transport it, under high vacuum, up to the target.

There were also some beams used for tumor therapy, radio-active to be used in medical tumors detection or brain and other organs activities. The beam was also used for ions implant (aeronautic, car…) to modify surface energy and used for animals’ implants.

For that innovation, I managed the project from the energetic ions output, up to sweeping magnets and so, the modifications of polymers’ films for example. The films was then etched to create accurate pores having a multitude applications in healthcare.
