luxury guest rooms & suites French, Royal and Executive in

addition to 97 furnished and serviced apartments, F&B outlets such

as Taiko restaurant, All Day Dining, French Restaurant Gastro

Pub and also kids play area, Swimming pools, Pool bar, Spa,

Sauna, Gymnasium, Cabanas, Kids club and Conference & Event

facilities. There is MKM corporate office at 43rd and 44th floors.

There are 15 nos. VOX Cinemas, Retail Area including

Carrefour Hypermarket and a Car park building.

Responsibilities Involved :

1. Review/Approval of Pre-qualification of Sub-Contractors/

Suppliers/ Vendors. 2. Review/Approval of Contractors Material

and Compliance Statement. 3. Review/Approval of Shop

Drawings/Alternate Proposals. 4. Detailed review of Architectural,

Structural, Coordination, Builders Work Drawings. 5. Review/Approval of Bar bending Schedule. 6. Review of alternate proposal for Material,Variation order, Value engineering, Cost Savings, Risk Analysis 7. Issuing NCR’s/ QOR’s as to control Quality 8. Dealing with the day to day issues related to contractor, supplier, vendor. 9. Settlling issues with drawing descripancies by replying Technical Queries. 10. Review of the contractors monthly invoices. 11. Coordinate with Local Authorities for Inspections and other Compliances. 12. Review/Approval of issues related to nominated sub-contractor, domestic Sub contractor, Prime Cost Items. 13. Managing Approval/ handing over follow up with the Authorities and getting Completion Certificate. 14. Follow up with regards to Testing & Commissioning Snagging/ Desnagging. 15. Follow up for Close Out Documents prior to Final Handing over to the Client.
