In Component 1, Evidence-based Policy-making; advising the Ministry for Education (MoE) especially the Technical Education Sector on planning evidence-based technical and vocational education and training and labor market policies and develop capacities in selected departments.
Component 2, Regional Labor Market Information and Active Labor Market Programs Implementation; generation and using regional Labor Market Information (LMI) to develop and implement active labor market programs (ALMPs). Used the findings of the labor market studies to promote employment and tackle local employment challenges.
Component 3, Transition to Employment, institutionalized advisory and information services for youth in the field of career guidance, entrepreneurship education, and placement services focused on developing the capacity of the Ministry of Education and Technical Education to provide Career education to its students. The capacity development measures varied from teacher trainings, teachers coaching, develop e-learning program, developing a post graduate study program for CG practitioners, and developing career education materials.
