PERSONAL PROJECT (PUBLISHED AND UNPUBLISHED)

(PUBLISHED) Navigation of indoor autonomous model robot using GMAPPING on ROS: This project is based on using an open-source Simulation Localization and Mapping algorithm to process the map using the Robotic Operating System with a simulating software called Gazebo which was used as an environment for simulating the model robot and RVIZ for getting the mapping process by the SLAM algorithm. This project objective is to check the mapping accuracy of the model robot and the time taken by the robot to get to various destinations with and without obstacles.

Autonomous Solar Powered Irrigation System: This was a conceived project that will use artificial intelligence to determine when and amount of water to irrigate crop using temperature and some other factors which will also obtain data from the soil and the plant itself

Thesis: [Unpublished Project:] Titled: Effect of a number of passes during secondary tillage operation on selected soil properties, growth, and crop (okra) yield. The project was carried out to investigate the effect of each number of passes on soil hardness and shear strength as it affects the growth and yield of okra planted, to suggest the tillage system with the number of passes at optimum soil condition.
