• Auditing interior parts of the iPhone models (7, XS MAX, XR, and 11)
• Not all models have the same inspections
• Inspect to see whether the parts are fraud or authentic
• On the traveler label, make sure the serial number barcode and dispatch number barcode matches with the barcodes on the phone's label.
• Scan serial number into ERS login
• Scan dispatch number then serial number into excel sheet
• Audit screw bosses in HSG (housing) to make sure none of them are missing
• Scan MLB barcode and inspect for burn marks, debris, and crooked connector pins
• Scan MLB barcode then scan wifi sheet, then inspect bluetooth chip (only 7)
• Inspect NAND by using the microscope camera to see gig storage type
• Scan the NAND into excel sheet
• Inspect flexes (cables) to see if they are damaged
• Look for apple logos on the back of the flexes (only XR)
• Scan main HSG barcode then support HSG barcode (only XR and 11)
• Scan sim barcode only from model XS MAX and 11
• Inspect interior part of the sim cage (pins, apple logo, barcode, connector pins)
• Use multimeter device to see if there’s a value number on NAND
• Inspect for mismatch labels, corrosions, liquid damages, tampered flexes, missing flexes, missing parts
• Inspect connectors on HSG if they are crooked/missing/damaged
• If failing, attach photos and make sure to check mark the boxes for the fail code before submitting in ERS

Stow items in correct bins in a pod.
• Stow every item one at a time.
• Look at your screen.
• Don’t overstuff items in a bin.
• Have titles shown (books, DVDs, etc)
• Make sure you stow at 10 seconds per
item.
• When you stow fast, the better your
rate will be.
• Be on time when coming back from
breaks and lunch.
• Organize your station during your shift.
• Always come to stand up for any
announcements or to check your
current rates.
• Scan container, scan the item, stow it in
the correct bin, and scan the bin.
• Don’t stow the same or similar items
next to the bin (follow a checkerboard
sequence).
• Stow at least 15 items in a pod.
• Don’t get any errors.
• Move containers closer to you, so you
don’t have to waste seconds to stow
items in the bins

• ALWAYS count back the change when giving change back to the customer
• When a customer needs customer service in a specific aisle or for a specific item, we (cashiers) page on the intercom specifying a certain department in the store
• When there are more than 10 of the same items from the customers’ purchase, we (cashiers) can enter the amount (10) on the register screen instead of scanning ten of the same items
• ALWAYS call the Head Cashier, so he/she can let you know where to go whenever we clock in, come back from break or lunch
• Stand at the front of the register lane when there aren’t any customers waiting in line
• Organize the register lane area to make sure everything is in the proper spot and if not, put those items in the wrong area in the go back cart
