DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

Setup medical equipment and assist with some medical procedures.

Take patients vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse and testing of the sugar level.

Assist the patient in bathing, dressing and feeding before the doctors or nurses arrived.

Make sure the patient’s environment is clean and tidy.

Ensure that patient’s meals are prepared in accordance with patient’s dietary restriction.

Ensure that patients take daily medication on time and in correct dosage.

Maintain detail record of patience vital signs and weekly progress.

Prepare daily reports of patient’s activities.

Maintain a regular communication with the patient’s family.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the patient’s home physician.
